1. About This Application

Suria Jump Queue is a priority application process operated by Next Energy Sdn. Bhd. (1369000-P) (“Next Energy”, “we”, “us”). Submitting this form is an application for priority processing only. It is not a booking, contract, or guarantee of installation, and does not obligate you to proceed with any purchase.

2. Eligibility & Queue Priority

This round is limited to the first 50 eligible applicants. Submissions are reviewed in the order received. We aim to call every applicant within 24 hours of submission, but priority and call order may depend on document completeness and site eligibility. If your submission is incomplete, we may contact you to request the missing item(s) before your place in the queue is confirmed.

3. The 2-Day Confirmation Window

After your consultation call, you will have 2 days to review and confirm/sign your proposal to lock in your Suria Jump Queue slot and the 21-day install target. If you do not confirm within this window, your reserved slot may be released to the next applicant, though you’re welcome to proceed afterward through our standard queue.

4. Installation Timeline

The 21-day install target begins from the date your signed proposal is confirmed and is subject to a satisfactory site survey, structural assessment, and approval timelines from TNB and other relevant authorities (including the ATAP/grid interconnection application). Delays caused by these third-party approvals, weather, access to your property, or circumstances outside our reasonable control are not covered by this target.

5. No Payment At This Stage

No payment is collected or required as part of this application. Any payment is only discussed and collected if and when you confirm and sign a proposal.

6. Personal Data You Provide

To process your application, we collect your full name, contact number, email, address, electrical supply type and a copy of your latest TNB bill.

If you confirm and sign a proposal, we will request any further documents required for your ATAP grid interconnection application with TNB (such as your IC and Tax Identification Number) separately at that stage.

7. How We Use & Protect Your Data

Your personal data is used only to process your Suria Jump Queue application, contact you about it, and, where applicable, prepare and submit your ATAP application to TNB/relevant authorities on your behalf. We do not sell your personal data. It is retained only as long as needed for these purposes and any legal or regulatory requirement, and handled in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data at any time by contacting us at the details on our website. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue processing an in-progress application.
