Campaign Name: Festive Referral Rewards

1. Eligibility

1.1 This Referral Campaign is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.
1.2 Both existing and non-existing customers of Next Energy are eligible to participate.
1.3 Employees of Next Energy may participate unless stated otherwise by internal policy.

2. Referral Reward Structure

2.1 For every successful referral who installs a single-phase solar system, the referrer will receive RM800.
2.2 For every successful referral who installs a three-phase solar system, the referrer will receive RM1,000.
2.3 There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.

3. Definition of a Successful Referral

A referral is considered successful when:

3.1 The referred customer signs up and proceeds with a solar installation with Next Energy.
3.2 The solar system installation is fully completed.
3.3 The referred customer has made full payment for their system.

4. Reward Issuance

4.1 Once all conditions in Section 3 are fulfilled, the referrer will receive their referral reward.
4.2 The referral fee will be processed and issued within 30 working days from the date the referred customer makes their full payment.
4.3 Rewards will be paid via bank transfer or other methods determined by Next Energy.

5. Referral Conditions

5.1 The referrer must provide accurate contact details for themselves and the referred customer.
5.2 A referral will not be considered valid if the referred customer is already in Next Energy’s database or has an ongoing inquiry before being referred.
5.3 If multiple individuals refer the same person, the reward will be given to the first verified referrer based on timestamp recorded by Next Energy.
5.4 Self-referrals are not allowed.

6. General Terms

6.1 Next Energy reserves the right to verify all information submitted for the purposes of this campaign.
6.2 Next Energy may amend, extend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for other products or services unless stated by Next Energy.
6.4 Any disputes will be handled at the sole discretion of Next Energy, and the company’s decision is final.
6.5 By participating, all referrers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
