  1. Campaign Overview & Quota

1.1 Scope: The Next Energy Lifetime Warranty Campaign (“Campaign”) is a limited-time promotion applicable strictly to the first 100 qualifying customers who sign up from 1 June onwards on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to full payment and system activation.

1.2 Allocation: Slots are awarded on a strict first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date of full payment and successful system activation.

1.3 Right to Terminate: Next Energy reserves the absolute right to conclude or terminate the Campaign immediately once the 100-customer quota is reached.

  1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Lifetime Warranty, customers must fulfill all of the following conditions:

2.1 Execute a finalized, signed Installation Agreement with Next Energy.
2.2 Settle all payments in full.
2.3 Achieve successful installation, grid interconnection, and commissioning of the eligible Next Energy solar system.
2.4 Incomplete applications, delayed documentation, or payment defaults will result in immediate disqualification from the Campaign.

  1. Lifetime Warranty Coverage

3.1 The Lifetime Warranty exclusively covers system malfunctions caused by the solar system, component failures under normal operating conditions, and installation-related defects directly attributable to workmanship provided by Next Energy.

3.2 All warranty claims are subject to mandatory on-site inspection, testing, and technical verification by authorized Next Energy personnel before any remedy is granted.

  1. Exclusions

The Lifetime Warranty does not apply to issues arising from:

4.1 External factors and force majeure, including acts of God, extreme weather, fire, explosions, grid power surges, theft, vandalism, civil unrest, or unauthorized third-party interference.

4.2 Structural and property conditions, including roof leakages, structural defects, roof degradation, moisture, seepage, or mold unrelated to direct system defects.

4.3 Human error and unauthorized alterations, including negligence, improper use, abuse, unauthorized modifications, tampering, or third-party works not approved in writing by Next Energy.

4.4 Maintenance neglect, including failure to follow the mandatory maintenance schedule, improper upkeep, or lack of cleaning.

4.5 Cosmetic and consequential damages, including blemishes, rust, discoloration, indirect losses, loss of business income, energy savings deficits, utility bill increases, or property downtime.

  1. Mandatory Maintenance & Upkeep

To keep the Lifetime Warranty active, the system must undergo continuous certified servicing.

5.1 Customers receive complimentary system maintenance for the first three (3) years from the official commissioning date.

5.2 From Year four (4), customers must subscribe to and complete paid annual maintenance services provided exclusively by Next Energy.

5.3 The Lifetime Warranty becomes permanently null and void if the customer fails to schedule annual maintenance within thirty (30) days of its due date, pay for the maintenance package, or comply with mandatory remedial repairs recommended during servicing.

  1. Warranty Validity & Transferability

6.1 The Lifetime Warranty is tied strictly to the original purchasing customer and original installation site. It cannot be transferred to a new property owner or new location unless reviewed and approved in writing by Next Energy.

6.2 For valid claims, Next Energy has sole discretion to repair, replace, or rectify defective components using new, equivalent, or factory-reconditioned parts of equal performance.

  1. Inspection & Claims Process

7.1 Claims must be reported within seven (7) days of discovering the defect. Delayed reporting that worsens system damage may result in claim rejection.

7.2 Next Energy may charge a diagnostic or inspection fee. If the issue is covered under warranty, the fee will be waived or refunded.

7.3 If the defect is caused by an excluded item, all labor, logistics, and material repair costs will be charged to the customer.

  1. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Next Energy’s maximum liability is limited to physical repair or replacement of defective system components.

8.2 Next Energy assumes no liability for damage to the customer’s real estate, appliances, or personal property, except where caused by gross negligence during installation.

  1. Marketing, Media & Publicity Consent

By participating, the customer grants Next Energy a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to capture and use installation site photos, video footage, digital media, customer testimonials, interviews, visual likeness, first name, general location, system performance metrics, and written or verbal testimonials for marketing, advertising, case studies, and social media.

No financial compensation, royalties, or residuals will be provided.

Customers may request privacy restrictions in writing, such as blurring house numbers, but Next Energy may still use non-identifiable structural imagery.
