Terms & Conditions
The Jacky Cheung Live in KL (“Giveaway”) is organized by Next Energy Sdn. Bhd. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and all decisions made by Next Energy, which are final and binding.
- Giveaway Period
The giveaway runs from 1st of June (10am) to 30th of June (10pm). Next Energy reserves the right to end or extend the giveaway at any time without prior notice. - Eligibility
To be eligible:
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen with a valid MyKad or a legal resident of Malaysia.
• You must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account.
• Participants must ensure that their Facebook and/or Instagram accounts are set to public throughout the giveaway period to enable entry verification. - Prize
• 2x VIP tickets will be given away for month of June. Another 2x VIP tickets will be given away for the month of July.
• Winners will be selected randomly and announced via a LIVE session on our social media after the giveaway ends.
• Tickets are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Winners must claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible participant.
• Any additional expenses (e.g. transportation, meals) incurred in relation to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. - How to Enter
To qualify for the giveaway, participants must:
• Like the official giveaway post.
• Tag 3 friends in the comments.
• Follow Next Energy’s official Facebook or Instagram page.
• Share the giveaway post to your feed and mention/tag us.
• Only entries that complete all steps will be considered valid.
• Existing Next Energy clients will receive 5 entries for each valid submission.
• Each post made on a valid public account per platform (Facebook and Instagram) counts as one entry. If the same participant posts on both Facebook and Instagram, this will be counted as two separate entries. Participants may only submit one valid entry per platform. - Winner Selection & Fulfilment
• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be contacted via direct message from Next Energy’s official social media account.
• Winners must provide valid identification to claim their prize.
• Prizes must be collected in person at Next Energy’s office (for Klang Valley addresses). Delivery is not available within Klang Valley.
• All prizes must be claimed within 7 days. - General Terms
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
• Next Energy reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify any part of the giveaway without prior notice.
• This giveaway is not associated with Jacky Cheung, Star Planet Sdn Bhd, or any other third parties.
• All promotional visuals are for illustration purposes only.
• Next Energy shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or from acceptance or use of any prize.
• By entering, you consent to the use of your name, social media handle, and any other submitted content for promotional purposes related to this giveaway.
