• Terms and Conditions 

The “Next Energy Solar Sign-up Campaign Bonus” (“Promotion”) is organised by Next Energy Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 1369000-P), hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”. 

Next Energy’s Campaign Terms & Conditions: 

1. Promotion Period

This Promotion will run from 1st June 2024 until 30th June 2024, both dates inclusive, unless otherwise notified (“Promotion Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to extend the Promotion or end the Promotion earlier than 31st May 2024, and applications received after the Promotion ends will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to applicants who meet the following criteria:

• Applicants who install solar on their residence for the first time with The Organiser.
• Applicants who install a three-phase system.
• Applicants must reside within Peninsular Malaysia.
• Applicants are required to complete the full payment upon confirming their order for the solar PV system.

3. Promotional Gift

• Applicants who have completed their application within the Promotion Period and have met the eligibility criteria outlined in Clause 2 shall be referred to as “Qualified Applicants”

   

• “Promotional Gift” refers to the Ninebot Segway Kickscooter E2 Plus [International Version]

   

• Each Qualified Applicant is eligible for only one (1) Promotional Gift regardless of the number of successful PV installations during the Promotion Period.

4. Gift Fulfilment

• The Organiser will send instructions on redeeming the promised Promotion Gifts to the Qualified Applicants’ registered mobile number or email address within twenty-eight (28) days of receiving complete and accurate gift claim details.

• The Promotion Gift may be delivered via a third-party delivery service (such as: Grab, Lalamove) or other method.

• Promotion Gifts cannot be transferred to other parties, are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods.

• Promotion Gifts are subject to availability. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute alternative gifts. Substituted Promotion Gifts are also subject to availability, and are not a guarantee of equivalent value to the initial Promotion Gift.

• The Promotional Gift will be delivered according to the details provided in the Promotional Gift Claim Form. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided in the Promotional Gift Claim Form are accurate. Any misinformation that leads to failure of delivery shall not be disputed.

5. Use of Personal Data 

By applying at Next Energy, all applicants consent to the use of their personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of the administration of this offer and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented, such as the Terms and Conditions, Personal Data and Information Notice, and Privacy Policy published at www.nextenergy.my

6. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accepting the offer, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions;

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion without notice. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Promotion by The Organiser shall not entitle the customer to any claim or compensation against The Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the customer as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension;

• The decisions of The Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Promotion, including but not limited to the type of Promotion Gift, shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any customer will be processed. The decisions of The Organiser are final, conclusive, and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.

• The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
