Terms and Conditions 

The “Go Solar and WIN RM50,000 Worth of Prizes” (“Promotion”) is organised by Next Energy Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 1369000-P), hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”. The Wim-Hoff Ice Bath & Breathwork Event will hereinafter be referred to as the “Breathwork Event”. 

1. Promotion Period

This Promotion will run from 1 February 2025 to 31 May 2025, unless otherwise notified (“Promotion Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to extend or conclude the Promotion earlier than 31st May 2025, and applications received after the Promotion ends will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to applicants who meet the following criteria:

• Applicants who purchase a solar power system with The Organiser during the Promotion Period.
• Applicants must reside within Peninsular Malaysia.

3. Breathwork Event Tickets

Each customer who makes a purchase during the Promotion Period will receive two (2) Breathwork Event tickets.

The Breathwork Event will be held the following month after the customer’s purchase:

• February buyers will attend the Breathwork Event on 8th March 
• March buyers will attend the Breathwork Event on 5th April.
• April buyers will attend the Breathwork Event on 3rd May.
  
  
• The Breathwork Event details, including date and venue, will be announced by The Organiser via the event e-ticket.
• The e-tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

4. Lucky Draw – Ice Bath Tub Giveaway

During each monthly Breathwork Event, a lucky draw will be conducted for attendees to win an Ice Bath Tub.

One (1) lucky winner per month will receive the following prize:

• February: WARRIOR PLUNGE Space Saver – Ice Bath Tub with Chiller
• March: WARRIOR PLUNGE Space Saver – Ice Bath Tub with Chiller
• April: WARRIOR PLUNGE Space Saver – Ice Bath Tub with Chiller

The lucky draw will be conducted live during each Breathwork Event. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible event attendees.

5. Prize Redemption & Delivery

• Participants will contacted for the necessary details to register for the The Breathwork Event tickets for 2 attendees.
• The Ice Bath Tub prize will be scheduled for delivery within twenty-eight (28) days thereafter.
• The Organiser will coordinate with winners for delivery arrangements.
• The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value if necessary.

6. Winners

By participating, winners consent to the Organiser using their photos, names, images of their houses, and other relevant collaterals for promotional purposes; and acknowledge that these materials will become the property of the Organiser.

7. Use of Personal Data

By participating in the Promotion, all applicants consent to the use of their personal data by The Organiser for the purposes of administering this offer and any related purposes, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy available at www.nextenergy.my.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, the applicant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions:

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Promotion without notice. Any cancellation, termination, or suspension of the Promotion by The Organiser shall not entitle the customer to any claim or compensation against The Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the customer as a direct or indirect result of such cancellation, termination, or suspension.
• The decisions of The Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Promotion, including but not limited to the type of Promotion Gift, shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any customer will be processed. The decisions of The Organiser are final, conclusive, and binding and no further appeal, enquiry, and/or correspondence will be entertained.
• The Organiser is not responsible for any event cancellations or changes made by Warrior Plunge.
• The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
