Terms and Conditions 

The “Celebrating a Brighter Future: 1,000 Solar Modules Installed!” (“Promotion”) is organised by Next Energy Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 1369000-P), hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”.

1. Promotion Period

This Promotion will run from 1 March 2025 to 31 May 2025, unless otherwise notified (“Promotion Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to extend or conclude the Promotion earlier than 31st May 2025, and applications received after the Promotion ends will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to applicants who meet the following criteria:

• Applicants who purchase a solar power system with The Organiser during the Promotion Period.
• Applicants must reside within Peninsular Malaysia.

3. RM1,000 Cashback

Customers who make a purchase during the Promotion Period and meet the following criteria will be eligible to receive RM1,000 cashback:

• Write a Google review for Next Energy; and
• Include a photo of their completed solar PV system in the Google review.
• Eligible customers will receive RM1,000 cashback, which will be applied to the deposit amount of their purchase.

4. Free Solar PV System Installation

• The 1,000th customer to complete their solar PV system installation with Next Energy during the Promotion Period will receive a free Solar PV system.
• The customer of the 1,000th installation will be notified within 14 days following the end of the campaign.
• In the event that any payment variation has been made to the Organiser, the 1,000th customer will receive a full refund for the cost of the system.

5. Cashback Redemption

• The reimbursement will be processed within twenty-eight (28) days of announcing the lucky winners.
• The reimbursement will be credited to the bank account provided by the winner during the claim process.
• The cash rebate will only be given to the winners according to the deposit amount paid or money spent upfront (on the principal amount excluding 8% SST) during the campaign period.

6. Winners

By participating, winners consent to the Organiser using their photos, names, images of their houses, and other relevant collaterals for promotional purposes; and acknowledge that these materials will become the property of the Organiser.

7. Use of Personal Data

By participating in the Promotion, all applicants consent to the use of their personal data by The Organiser for the purposes of administering this offer and any related purposes, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy available at www.nextenergy.my.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• By participating in this Promotion, the applicant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions:
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Promotion without notice. Any cancellation, termination, or suspension of the Promotion by The Organiser shall not entitle the customer to any claim or compensation against The Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the customer as a direct or indirect result of such cancellation, termination, or suspension.
• The decisions of The Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Promotion, including but not limited to the type of Promotion Gift, shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any customer will be processed. The decisions of The Organiser are final, conclusive, and binding and no further appeal, enquiry, and/or correspondence will be entertained.
• The Organiser is not responsible for any event cancellations or changes made.
• The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
